EJ Prescott's Apprenticeship Program, the University of Prescott, is a paid, one-year apprenticeship program designed to help trainees become proficient in the following industries: Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, and Erosion Control. This program covers many aspects of Team EJP’s operations.
Team E.J. Prescott, Inc. (EJP) is a family-owned waterworks supply company. We distribute water, wastewater, stormwater, geotextile, and erosion control products in 29 locations across ten Northeast and Midwest states. We also have eight sister companies that provide fabrication and delivery services to our clients. We are one of the largest independently owned waterworks supply companies in the United States, and we pride ourselves on innovation and customer service.
During the apprenticeship program, training will occur mostly in field locations, including manufacturing visits. Topics include safety, service work, and other related industry tools. Willingness to travel is required. We pay students to learn, and qualified students are guaranteed a job at the end of the one-year program.
Candidates who complete the program are assigned to a location or position that best fits the individual students’ gifts and talents, and how they relate to helping Team EJP grow. EJP is in the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana.
