Appraisal and Environmental Assistant Review Manager

The

• Oversee the quality and compliance of our third-party due diligence report reviews on individual files that we facilitate while maintaining department SLAs and mentoring staff on the overall review process
  
• Communicate with internal staff, internal lenders, and third-party vendors to effectively complete accurate and timely due diligence under the proper scope of work
  
• Oversight of all department workflow procedures, implementing credit policy requirements into the day-to-day workflow, and systems oversight to ensure the technical platforms are always maintained
  
• Participate and successfully complete compliance testing and continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry related updates
  
• Assist in other initiatives such as the department quarterly newsletter and market reports, internal Bank trainings on WRES related services, and updating internal documentation
  

• Bachelor�s degree in a relevant field
  
• Min 5 years' experience appraising and/or reviewing third party appraisal reporting
  
• Prior experience with ASTM and environmental due diligence reporting
  
• Proven leadership and experience mentoring less experienced staff
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Knowledge of CRE credit structures and how to comply with due diligence and regulatory requirements
  
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative abilities
  
• Technical knowledge and ability to adapt to different applications and systems

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $138,000,along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
