Duties -
Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with appliances
- Repair or replace defective parts in appliances
- Provide estimates for repairs and communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain accurate records of services provided - Assemble and install appliances as needed
- Utilize schematics and manuals to troubleshoot problems
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Experience in field service or related work
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a box truck (nice-to-have)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (nice-to-have)
- Proven ability to assemble and disassemble appliances
- Previous experience as a service technician is a plus
