We’re seeking a skilled
Service Technician to join our team and support the maintenance and operations of our apartment community. This role includes work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, janitorial, and grounds upkeep. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently.- Complete service requests and preventative maintenance
- Assist with apartment turns and inspections
- Maintain building exteriors and community grounds
- Support janitorial and special projects as needed
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergencies
- 1-5 years of maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or higher certification
- Skilled in general repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver�s license
On-site at apartment community; may require weekend, overtime, and on-call work. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and use power tools.
