Currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented individual for our open Maintenance Tech position in Overland Park, KS.
Required on-call rotation schedule.Job Requirement for Maintenance Tech:
Minimum 1 year HVAC experience preferred
Must have some tools and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift a minimum or 40-50 lbs.
Stable work history is a plus!
Apartment Experience is a Plus!
MUST pass required background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics and technical knowledge.
- Conduct electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs and installations as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and support for maintenance-related inquiries.
- HVAC experience required
