JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:* Promote and ensure guest satisfaction

• Money handling/accounting
  
• Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
  
• AM service includes
  

barista and coffee bar duties, which include crafting coffee beverages for guests.

• Prepare and present food to guests� expectations
  

Safe food handling

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
