Event Manager to bring these experiences to life.


What You’ll Do


As our Event Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our social and educational calendar. You’ll plan, coordinate, and host a wide variety of events, ensuring every detail reflects the spirit of our lodge and the warmth of our community.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute events including parties, dances, dinners, seminars, and seasonal gatherings
  • Coordinate logistics: scheduling, décor, catering, entertainment, and guest communications
  • Host and emcee events with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with lodge staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain budgets and timelines for each event


Additional Duties May Include:


  • Leading engaging farm tours for guests and visitors
  • Assisting in the on-site convenience store
  • Supporting general lodge operations as needed

Must-Have Qualities:


  • Honesty and integrity in all interactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields
  • Willingness to live and work in a remote rural environment


Bonus Points For:


  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, DJ, or farm-based settings
  • Comfort with public speaking and hosting
  • A creative eye for décor and ambiance


Pay and Benefits


  • Starting Pay will be $15 an hour with bonuses based on the success of events


  • Private onsite Housing is provided with all utilities (water, heat, electric, WiFi) included. Well behaved pets are welcome on case by case scenario.


  • Snow removal from your lodging to your place of work is also provided

There are other jobs available on site and preference will be given to couples who can both work on site and live together in the provided housing
