STOCK THE SKIES - JOIN THE AIRPORT SUPPLY TEAM


The Aircraft Supply Supervisor oversees the daily activity of a specific area and / or team, working closely with the Service Hub Manager. The Aircraft Supply Supervisor will comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to his own actions.


WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS AN AIRCRAFT SUPPLY SUPERVISOR


  • Assist Service Hub Manager in supervising daily operations
  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Supervise the cabin preparation team to ensure operational excellence and quality customer service
  • Educate and enforce best practices, company policies and service standards
  • Maintain the company assets to ensure they are compliant with state mandates, and maintenance completed
  • Maintain and ensure all training for the team is compliant and kept up to date
  • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training and work assignments
  • Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS


  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated minimum of 1 year of operations experience
  • Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver�s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
  • Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
