We’re seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Instrument Repair Technician to join our growing team in Auburn, CA. This role blends both mechanical and electronic repair work-perfect for a hands-on technician with experience in circuit board diagnostics and small mechanical component repairs.As a key part of our Instrument Repair Department, you'll perform essential maintenance and repairs on a variety of aircraft instruments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Perform repairs on both mechanical and electronic aircraft instruments
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues at the circuit board level (digital and analog)
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving small mechanical components and light electrical systems
- Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA, company, and manufacturer specifications
- Document all work performed, including detailed maintenance records and inspection reports
- Collaborate with parts and inventory teams to ensure correct parts are used and stocked
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Conduct final quality checks on components prior to return to service
- Work closely with team members and assist in training junior technicians as needed
- High school diploma required; Associate�s degree or technical training in electronics preferred
- Hands-on experience with circuit board repairs (analog and digital)
- Experience with small mechanical repairs and simple electrical troubleshooting
- Proficiency using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and repair software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
