Data Management & Analysis

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify automation opportunities and predict trends.
  • Train or fine-tune AI models for legal data analysis, document review, or internal research.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and internal security protocols.

Training, Support & Leadership

  • Train staff on AI-powered tools and systems; create SOPs and user guides.
  • Provide real-time tech support and act as the internal expert on platforms and software.
  • Build and eventually lead a tech support team for Tier 1 support and system maintenance.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

  • Stay current on AI and legal tech trends to inform future strategies.
  • Meet regularly with leadership to identify needs, improve systems, and propose tech solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to implement tools like Generative SEO and optimize digital presence.
