We’re hiring team members to install and repair
pivot irrigation systems, grain bins and handling equipment, and hydraulic doors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and being out in the field.You’ll work on a variety of agricultural systems that keep farms running efficiently. Experience is a plus, but we’re also open to training motivated individuals with the right attitude.
- Install and service pivot irrigation systems
- Build and repair grain bins, augers, dryers, and grain handling equipment
- Install and maintain hydraulic doors
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Work safely and effectively as part of a field crew
- Interact professionally with customers and team members
- Mechanical aptitude - ability to work with tools, machinery, and equipment
- Construction or ag experience preferred (welding, electrical, or plumbing skills a plus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Comfortable with lifting and moving heavy materials or equipment as needed
- Able to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments
- Willingness to travel locally and work extended hours during peak seasons
- Comfortable working at heights (grain bins, ladders, etc.)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 60 per week
