Grow Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.-  Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while promoting our full range of products and services.
- ï’¡ Customer Focus: Identify the unique needs of customers in the agricultural and water well industries and match them with the right solutions.
- ï—£ï¸ Collaborate: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
-  Targeting New Business: Expand our customer base by proactively networking and identifying potential new clients in Williston and surrounding areas.
- ï” Stay Knowledgeable: Develop expertise in pivot construction, maintenance, and water well systems to serve our customers effectively.
- ✅ Experience: At least one year of experience in agricultural sales (bonus if you�ve worked with irrigation or water well systems).
-  Valid Driver�s License: You�ll be out in the field, meeting with customers, so a valid driver�s license is required.
- ï’¬ Strong Communication Skills: Ability to talk to anyone, break down complex information, and keep customers engaged and satisfied.
- ï§ Problem Solving Skills: You�ll need to quickly identify customer needs and come up with the best solutions.
- ï“Š Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable with word processing and spreadsheets to track your progress and customer interactions.
