After-School Sports Coach (Soccer Instructor)

Ben Bellucci Academy is seeking a dynamic and positive individual to lead after-school soccer programs for elementary-aged children. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone with a love for the sport and a passion for mentoring youth in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

• Guide students through foundational soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, teamwork, and footwork.
  
• Design and deliver age-appropriate drills and small group games.
  
• Create a positive, inclusive space that encourages kids to enjoy physical activity.
  
• Supervise participants and promote safety at all times.
  
• Set up equipment and take down materials at the beginning and end of each session.
  
• Communicate with school staff and families as needed.
  
• Tailor lesson plans based on age and skill levels of participants.
  

• Experience working with children (sports-related preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules and techniques.
  
• Comfortable leading a group and managing various behaviors.
  
• Clear communication and a team-player mindset.
  
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, not required).
  
• Must pass a background screening.
  

• Sessions typically occur between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, 1-3 times weekly (depending on your availability).
  
• Each program day includes:
  
• 20 minutes for setup
  
• 60 minutes of instruction
  
• 10 minutes for cleanup
  
• Total paid time per session: 1.5 hours
  

• $20-$30 per hour based on your qualifications and experience
  
• Example: $25/hr x 1.5 hours = $37.50 per session
