- Provide after-sales support and LED module maintenance (preferably experienced with GOB modules)
- Travel to project sites to communicate with clients and resolve product-related issues
- Plan and manage warehouse operations for spare parts and maintenance tools
- Assist technical teams in analyzing and improving product quality based on feedback
- Coordinate with R&D, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely after-sales response
- Work experience in the LED display or related electronics industry is required
- Strong hands-on ability and experience in LED module maintenance
- Understanding of electronics, mechanics, and LED control systems (Nova NCE certification preferred)
- Possession of relevant certifications is a plus: driver�s license, electrician license, working-at-height certificate
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site support
