Purpose...............
This position is responsible for the overall Marketing and Community Relations for Arcadia Senior Living. Under the direction of the Executive Director the Admissions and Marketing Coordinator provides specific resources as required in actively communicating the services, amenities, and environments unique to the facility. Primary focus of this position is to provide the resources as required to obtain and maintain stabilized occupancy in our communities within the parameters of the budget. This position is responsible or effectively and efficiently managing their subordinate team members through coaching, teaching and overall accountability.

The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for achieving occupancy via direct sales interaction with prospective residents, their families, and professional referral resources. Other duties include but not limited to:
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator works with the Executive Director, to develop specific marketing plans for the facility on a quarterly basis or as needed for occupancy or programming changes. This plan includes: methods of promoting services and programs for each facility, frequency, type and style of media advertisement, and specific outreach criteria such as but not limited to: number of telephone calls to be made daily, number and type of outreach activities, community events, and other specific guidelines to designed to increase community awareness.
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator works with the Executive Director in weekly communication with the facility monitoring actual marketing/sales activities. This information is summarized in a report that includes; number of telephone calls conducted, inquiries made, tours performed, deposits taken, respites scheduled, move-ins and move-outs, and outreach performed.
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator working with the Executive Director is responsible for all publications, communication tools, content and design, used in the promotion of the Arcadia Senior Living. Those tools include website content, collateral material, promotional material, letterhead, business cards, and other material used in daily communication with our communities, vendors, owners, resident and families, media, and others.
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator supports the Executive Directors in maintaining compliance with all local, state, federal and licensing rules and regulations associated with the licensure of the building as they pertain to marketing and sales activities. This includes HIPAA, OHSA, and State Survey issues, etc that apply to the specific location of the property. Issues raised by any regulator will be immediately discussed with Arcadia Senior Living.
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator supports and assists to insure that employees reporting to work, work in a safe manner and that unsafe actions are to be managed. Compliance with Safety Committee Standards is required. Should workplace injuries occur, the Department Heads and Directors are to assist the Executive Director when required with the investigation, return to work, and management of the injured worker communication with care provider and Avant.
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for fostering teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, takes actions, which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and has a positive impact on co-workers, residents and visitors.
