Job Title: Adjunct - Research Grant Writer

Position Start Date: September 1, 2025


Required Degree: Masters or PhD in a STEM-related field. The required degree must be completed by the start date.


Experience: At least two years experience with successful academic research grant proposals.


Duties/Expectations:


  • Meet with CPMS faculty members one-on-one to discuss proposals in preparation or anticipated
  • Read, review, and edit grant proposals written by CPMS faculty as requested
  • Work with faculty members to strengthen, revise, or otherwise improve their proposals
  • Assist faculty in assessing sponsoring agency feedback in preparation for proposal resubmissions
  • Coach faculty, especially new faculty members, on the grant-writing process
