- Be the go-to person for processing invoices quickly and accurately
- Match purchase orders, track payments, and make sure vendors get paid on time
- Work directly with our AP Manager and cross-functional teams
- Keep financial records squeaky clean and audit-ready
- Troubleshoot vendor issues and resolve discrepancies like a pro
- Help close the books each month and assist with financial reports
- Bring ideas to the table to streamline and improve AP processes
- A high school diploma (bonus points for accounting/finance education)
- Impressive attention to detail - you catch the small stuff others miss
- Great time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
- Comfortable with numbers and financial systems
- A calm, can-do attitude under pressure
- Construction accounting experience? Even better (but not required)
