Job Title: Account Executive - Marketing & Enrollments (GPMA & SeniorDent Program)


Location: Remote / Field-based (with travel to partner nursing home facilities)

About the Role


We are seeking a results-driven and compassionate Account Executive (AE) to lead marketing and enrollment efforts for our GPMA nursing homes and SeniorDent dental programs in nursing home facilities. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our dental services and underserved senior populations, ensuring smooth enrollment processes and ongoing account support in collaboration with nursing home administrators and care teams. This role will be for the state of South Dakota - Sioux Falls and surrounding areas.


Key Responsibilities


1. Enrollment Operations


· Coordinate and execute resident enrollment campaigns for SeniorDent dental plans within nursing home facilities.


· Serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, facility staff, and our internal enrollment teams.


· Facilitate on-site and remote enrollment sessions, ensuring compliance with healthcare communication standards and privacy regulations.


· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of enrollment metrics, follow-ups, and resident preferences.


2. Account Support


· Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing home administrators and key facility personnel.


· Serve as the go-to resource for facility partners, addressing service-related concerns and supporting program adoption.


· Monitor and report on account performance, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.


· Conduct periodic check-ins and site visits to ensure smooth operations and maintain partner trust.


3. Marketing & Outreach


· Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote dental plan awareness and engagement.


· Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored collateral (flyers, brochures, presentations) for both staff and residents.


· Lead informational sessions for residents and their families to explain the benefits of the SeniorDent program.


· Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and conferences relevant to long-term care and senior oral health.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration


· Work closely with the clinical, customer service, and operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of services.


· Provide regular feedback from the field to inform service enhancements and enrollment strategies.


· Participate in weekly sales/marketing alignment meetings and quarterly business reviews.


Compensation


· Base Salary: $50,000 annually


· Commission Structure:


· 4% commission on

SeniorDent enrollments


· 2% commission on

GPMA collected billing


· Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for work-related travel


· A monthly expense report must be submitted for reimbursement.


· Additional performance incentives and travel-related stipends may be available based on territory and performance.


Required Qualifications


· 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, or healthcare enrollment, preferably in long-term care or senior services.


· Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.


· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.


· Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce).


· Ability to travel locally and regionally to nursing home partner sites as needed.


Preferred Qualifications


· Familiarity with dental insurance, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or dental service organizations.


· Background in working with vulnerable or senior populations in healthcare settings.


· Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
