You’ll begin with immersive, hands-on training at our Burlington, MA R&D site, where our metal production processes were first developed and proven. From there, you’ll be a key leader in transferring these technologies to Exeter, helping to scale our next-generation systems and enabling safe, consistent, and high-performance operation. You’ll work directly on the floor with operators, engineers, and plant leadership to turn breakthrough innovation into industrial reality - producing the rare earth and critical metals that power the modern world.
