The Fidelity YOU Program is an early career program experience crafted to prepare individuals for a career in operations. Participants are placed in a full-time position and assimilate into their business team on day 1. The Fidelity YOU program kicks off in week 2 with a week long onboarding and teambuilding event in Westlake, Texas.
Upon completion of the robust 2 week on-boarding experience, participants begin training for their full-time role and come together monthly with their cohort for business unit networking and learning sessions focused on building skills and capabilities. As of week 3, you will be training in your business unit role while attending monthly development for the first two years.
Fidelity YOU is crafted to support recent graduates in their assimilation to our culture and provides numerous opportunities throughout the 24 month experience for networking, relationship building and accelerated learning. The program meets the learner where they are and provides experiences for associates to learn and apply their newly developed skills in a safe cohort environment. The program experience provides associates with the tools and resources needed to build a robust career in operations.
The following business areas participate in the program. You will be hired into your full-time role on day 1 and participate in Fidelity YOU’s 2 week onboarding. Post onboarding, the cohort will come together for 4 hours monthly for 24 months - providing ongoing opportunities to accelerate your skill development and expand your network across our operations community - all in support of helping you build a career in operations.
The base salary range for this position is $40,000-$63,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
