Christ-centered, long-term, residential program for women who've experienced trauma including domestic violence, addiction, sex trafficking, and homelessness. For over 40 years, we have been a safe refuge to over 15,000 women and children - walking alongside them on their journey toward healing by providing safety, essential resources, encouragement, structure, and unwavering support.We're
now seeking a Passionate and Mission-Minded team member with a Heart for Women in Crisis to join our Brentwood Campus as Residential Coordinator.- Support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program.
- Demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community.
- Help women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability.
- Ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines.
- Drive residents to appointments (company vehicle provided).
- Foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal boundaries.
- Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance to the women, children, staff, and volunteers.
- Experience with domestic violence, addiction recovery, or homelessness services.
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to live out your faith in your work.
- You're empathetic, adaptable, and able to lead with both kindness and accountability.
- You're teachable, flexible, and eager to grow in your calling.
- Valid driver's license (3+ years)and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
